Attitude

Man always complains. He is never happy and content. The amount of money and power one has can never guarantee him peace of mind. A beggar may sleep peacefully on the roadside but a king may not get sleep on a cushy bed of his palace. Its all about ones attitude towards life. Living carefree and peacefully is all about ones approach. The objective of life is to live peacefully. Atleast that's mine. Its very important to sit back and contemplate about ones journey of life. Are you living your life peacefully or are you just running a blind race dictated by the society and circumstances ?
There is no point getting frustrated by society norms. My earlier post titled "Loser" shows my unhappiness and frustration. Now I realize that I am not a saint who is going to bring some revolutionary change.I can only do my part. I have started ignoring things that make me unhappy.I have implanted a filter in my brain that filters out unnecessary stuff.
I have adopted a formula for happiness.Firstly,Do whatever you feel like without caring what people or the society will react to it. Secondly, take care of the relationships with people you are close with and thirdly, ignore people and things that don't really matter to you. Believe me there are very few things that really matter.
Start doing your own things. Things that give you happiness.Don't get into the rat race. Its a conscious effort and I guess I have started doing that

And yes whining and complaining never helps.Ignoring does.

Sharing with you a beautiful ghazal by Qateel Shifai. It influenced me to the core.

I have always known that you are a person who has a lot of depth...welll....known him to be a person of less words while he speaks to you but really a Gem when he writes about certain very small and minute aspects of life which we just disregard because we do not have enough time. It does makes us feel that there is not enough time to waste upon these trivial issues and here comes a person who would believes in sorting out thigs at the initial stage so that the whole foundation is strong!!!

Man you should write regularly. I have gone through the whole section and really you are AWESOOMEEE over here too. You know how to bring out thoughts on paper...Just love it...and you should believe me if I am insisting you to write regularly :) All the best for all your future writings...and Yes I would wait eagerly for the next article!!!

Completely agree with you...but to practice it to perfection is difficult.. prob it will come with perseverance...One thing I feel is that the problem lies within. the world was always and will always be like this..its how we control ourselves that is important..In line with your blog I am quoating Baba Bulle shah..

पढ़ पढ़ आलम फ़ाज़ल होया,

कदी मन अपने विच वरया ही नहि,

कदी नॅफ्ज़ अपने नाल लड़या ही नहि
